Hi guys I have a problem with my 1965 JD 4020 Deisel. I will describe this issue to the best of my ability and hope someone can please help!!! It is a powershift.This issue does not happen every time I start the tractor. So when i go to put it in gear the lever seems quit hard to push up into forward and reverse gears when im going from neutral to start my shifting. When i get it into first gear and release the clutch the tractor does not move BUT! It bogs down like it is trying to move and if I dont engage the clutch the engine will die.I dont know what it could possibly be so if someone could please help that would be awesome. Thanks everyone...
