Here in NW pa. My Uncle Raymond shot & legally killed a black in 1972, this was @ the time 1st legally harvested bear taken in Crawford Co in something like 50+ years. 2 Years ago the hunters harvested 69 bears in the county.. Last years number were Way down due to NO snow.. On my desk top screen saver is a picture take off the farm with 3 Bears, I have another with the partial 4th bear too. Personally I've seen 5 together myself. They are getting to be everywhere.
