IH 686 vs JD 2440. There is a 686 listed at a upcoming Consignment auction(not saying it will actually be there), and I never did like that deere (that needs a lot of work besides). So I want a comparison of the two both are loader tractors and will be primary use. Also what would yous say for a average price of a 686 in average condition(condition not listed on auction flier, nor if gas or diesel) Don't know if I'll go look at or bid on it just want to get an idea what would be the benefit to go for it.
Just for another quick reference (on how it will work) how would the IH 686 compare to its older 706 cousin?
