the guy working there was doing what the print said to do [not his fault] plumbing wasn't on print, you stopping the pour cost someone a lot of money,concrete co,pump truck, labor, finishers, trowel machine and now you have a cold joint somewhere in the middle of the floor [never be smooth,sweeping cleaning, creeper] all are going to be a problem. should have poured the hole floor,saw cut plumbing in and a lot less money spent and a smooth floor. as far as fault who ever okayed the final print is to blame, maby son in law?
