The plumbing was on the print, wherever the print was. The trucks both emptied. One section of floor was complete. The remainder of cement was used for the footings. The stop only caused the main floor not to be finished. This only caused a delay in finishing the job. I would think a saw cut down to dirt cutting through the rebar would be more of a problem, causing a shift in the floor rather than a cold joint, if that's the case. Just the way I see it. Stan
