The trouble with Iran is that it wants to be a WORLD power. Nuclear weapons are the way they are wanting to push into the world stage. With their oil money they can gain a nuclear weapon shortly if they do not already have one. As crazy as some of the radical Muslim groups are I do not thing mutual destruction will deter them from using a nuclear weapon if they get one. Iran is support some of these. A suit case bomb would be some thing they would use.
There are no easy answers in Mideast as it has been a cesspool for thousands of years.
