Again, right on the money. When you fight a war, you fight a war. You let the men doing the fighting decide when they need to fight. You don't let politicians, sitting safely behind their desks, tell them when it's OK and when it's not. The only rules of engagement needed are kill the enemy, and kill as many of them as you possibly can. If you run out of ammo, ask for more, and get back to fighting. Until the ammo supply truck arrives, grab your knife, and keep at it.
Once you have won, you then enjoy the spoils of war......you don't hand everything your men just fought and died for right back to the enemy and tell them to have a nice life............
