I worked for a guy like that for 16 years, sadly he left NY and moved to Florida. One time he wanted a pile of brush moved, so he gave us 4 guys a $100 each to move it right then for him. He bought a house right on the training track at saratoga race track, knocked it down and had a new one built, before the plants and beds were even put in he wanted me to measure it for sod, I told him that it would not be an accurate estimates, he dident care. The funnyest thing was, his family dog died, so he had a nursery drop off a Norway maple tree for us to plant for the dog, it was about a 3" diameter trunk, we plant it, 2 months or so later he cuts it down and told us it wasent big enough for the dog, so he bought a bigger one and had us plant it. I miss that guy.
