So I called my used parts place like I do every other week, and they actually had the part I was looking for! I've been looking for a used RE61690 step kit, dads getting older harder for him to get in the tractor ect... We settled on $200 for it, which I thought was really fair considering new is $350. But back to my point, I asked the guy if he could tell me how much shipping was but he told me dunno until its shipped. I pulled the triger anyways. Today I get the invoice and shipping was 75 dollars! Yes the item is fairly heavy but damn. I'm not too mad, I still saved 75 dollars over new, unless its in worse shape than they described. I just think it would be fair if they'd give you a shipping price before you buy, ya know? Like Amazon or something else. They have to ship enough parts to be able to do that ,right?
