I buy lots of parts online.
They are in the business of selling and shipping used parts.
Of course I always ask for a shipping quote.
It's part of their business model/responsibilities to answer.
Don't like it, too much work? Find another line of work.
I'm the customer with the money....no answer, no money...I walk.
After all, if you bring a tractor to my shop with a broken $200 part...I say "ok, $200 for that part, but I don't know the labor charge....just leave a signed blank check and I'll fill that in later"
