I converted by H many years ago to 12 v alternator. The alternator has died and I bought a replacement from this web site. New one has a different connector. Both have a post for the wire from the battery, the old one then has a wire from that post to another post and the same plastic connector has one going down to the distributor. Two prongs in in one connector. Question is are they both output so it doesn't matter which way I connect up the new one? Don't want to ruin a new alternator by hooking it wrong.
