Funny you should mention that because in about 97 I got a rebuilt from napa for a small block chevy and got it all painted up and put on and everything back together and when I started adding water I could hear something. Looked underneath and the water was coming out the weephole faster than it was on the one I took off! Not to bash napa as I still buy a lot of parts there but also got an alternator there for a 92 chevy p/u around 99 and when I started truck it squealed so loud it hurt your ears. I shut it off within about 2 seconds ( maybe less) and the thing had gotten hot so fast I couldn't even touch it! Unbelievable how fast it got hot.
