Thanks Owen. Your post has some good points about the international vs farmall part number dilemma that I have. A fella before me ordered the starter for the international, tried to put it on and found that the starter was too long which interfered with the stearing linkage.
My hopes is that someone has the same model who could physically get the part number from their starter. I know I can make a starter work but am not crazy about bastardizing the steering if I can get the correct starter.
