I've got power steering on my B275. It was a generic add-on kit. Uses a linkage sensor to make the assist cylinder work, kind of like a lot of old Mack trucks used to have along with early 60s Ford cars. Powered by a stand-along power steering pump that is belt driven.
If you used a power steering set-up from a B- 414 - what do you plan to use for hydraulic power? A divider and priority valve?
There are other British series tractors similar to the B275 that have power steering and engine-driven dual hydraulic pumps. 424 maybe? I've got photos of that setup somewhere.
