To my knowledge NO B275 ever left the factory with power-assist. The B414 had it as an option and the power came from the same pump that powered the 3 point lift. So at this point, I have no idea what you have. There WERE aftermarket kits to add power-steering to B275s. That's what I have.
This is what mine looks like. I had to fabricate some brackets that were missing from the partial kit I got for $20.
