When I hold my hand over the intake it cranks over and sucks my hand down on it pretty hard but doesn't try to run just cranks over. I forgot to mention also when I cleaned the carb i soaked it in lacquer thinner then took air compressor and blew all the junk out of it then sprayed carb cleaner in it as well... there was some crud that got sprayed out by the air compressor through all the passageways in there. the plunger that the floats attached to i cleaned that up really good it had some residue on it but now it clean. I appreciate all the responses back, when I get home I'll have to use a small wire brush and clean it out more and I'll go from there and let everyone know what happens. And if that doesn't work I'll buy a new carb kit and go from there with all new internals.
