We have had warm humid weather here for the last week or so. The humidity just saps me anymore. I am not good for much outside work when it is this way.
Today we have a lot cooler weather with a much lower humidity. It will take a few days for me to regain any strength. I really hate feeling this way. I guess it is just part of getting older but that does not make you feel better.
The Doctors says I am in fine shape for the most part. I really wonder if the blood pressure medicine I am on doesn't cause this??? I have general muscle pain/aches too. Wake up "sore" every morning even when I have not done anything the day before.
I know I should not really complain because I have it easy compared to many people. I just would like to be raring to go again. LOL
