Yup, the humid weather really saps my strength compared to even ten years ago. Very frustrating! As you say, the doc figg'rs I'm doing okay for my age, but it is hard to adjust to the reality that I ain't as young as I used to be. I take 20mg of lysinopril for the blood pressure and that isn't too bad. I know some who are taking 40mg and man, the muscle cramps can really get nasty it you are really working hard.
Statins are the pits! About 3 days of taking them and it's two weeks of misery with joint pain. Don't take em anymore either.
