If he was unarmed, it"s going take ALOT to convince a jury that the shooter was in the right.
In my opinion, if the younger guy was unarmed, there will NEVER be an excuse for the older man shooting him in the head. There are 10 other much better places to shoot a guy that"s threatening you. I very much doubt that young guy would continue to approach the vehicle if he saw that the older guy had a gun pointed at him.
As far as I"m concerned, if the younger guy was unarmed, the older guy should be sentenced to death.
