I didnt know him real well, and never had any business dealings with him. But to me I wouldnt classify him as scary or having a temper. BUT, I am not around him on a daily basis or for business, so he could be a different person at "work".
I am sure as the the investigation and results are released the details will come out. Regardless, if both of them had taken just a little different actions you would have had a completely different outcome. Both would be alive and possibly neither in jail.
