But not only able to see but protection for your eyes from side flashes or if someone is welding behind you..Worked for 10 years with various tank outfits..cbi..brown..american. Would see a lot of old timers that didn't take care of their eyes...no goggles using a cutting torch...tacking 'by feel'..where you turn your head and kinda look down at the spark..Lot of those guys get cataracts. I used to wake up at night with tears streaming from my eyes..burnt...because I let another boilermaker weld too close to me..
