dewy, I an with Centex here... If YOU were Keeping the ROW mowed of to ground level (maintained) there would be NO Need for Them to come on your property!!! There must be something they do not like. Has it narrowed up over time? and they Widen it out, something. Figure out just what its is! and keep that from ever becoming a problem again! They must be wanting and absolute clean ROW 100 ft wide for example. Talk to the local Engineering Dept and get Their imput so they do not Ever Come Back On Your Property to spray your Wild grape and Blue berry vines. Find out if that is the problem!! If they came on your property for a reason , Find out they require and Do Not Let those Requirements ever happen again and they want to come back on your place to...DO Maintence on the ROW!!
