I hear you loud and clear, Russ. BUT...what about China, Japan, India, Russia and all the other developing countries that could give a rodent's posterior about emissions and particulate matter. Do we not share the atmosphere with them? That's what bugs me. Our tax dollars going towards cleaning up our air and water when few others seem to give a darn.
