Now, now, that will solve the problem, won't it! You are right, wood is carbon neutral, it doesn't matter if it lies on the ground and rots, or if you burn it, it gives off the same amount of CO2. I think the biggest concern is the particulates, and they will kill you. I know where you live you don't think that's a problem, but it all contributes, and we all breath the same air. We just got back from the warm SW, and when you sit on a mountain top overlooking a major city you can really see the pollution, and when you wake up in the morning you have to blow it out of your nose.
