Thought i was doing good after surgery in november everthing moves feeling very little pain ready to go back to work right? She was a cute little thing southern girl she was stretching and bending the arm going places it hadnt gone in a while.so she asked me if i could lift 5 lbs hey no problem little did i know i can lift with the forearm muscle to the elbow but hold the arm straight and lift with the shoulder muscle well i got a can of soup about 2 ft of the counter .i have heard recovery can take time and it looks that sure cut me down .back to the exercises .
