I have had back surgery. My neighbor had about the same thing told me a story right after I had mine. He told me after he was feeling good so he through a couple bales of hay, felt fine the next day so he helped some more, five years later he was to have surgery again. I did just what the Dr. told me to do and I am 95% as good as I ever was, 12 years later.(I can t touch my toes,steel rods do not bend) Do what they tell you or save your money and stay home.
