The moldboards come up as being for 16" GAU, GAUS or AHGAU bottoms. All were designed as deep-tillage stubble bottoms. GAUS is a "California Package", which is the GAU bottom with an extra brace. AHGAU is the GAU when the rear bottom is equipped with a landside with an adjustable heel. The 2-way plows usually had a long rear landside without a heel, and of the above, only the GAU shows this equipment.
Several shares of different styles and materials, and landsides of different styles and lengths were available. If you wish, I'll list them all. If you're trying to match things up, or replace what you have with the exact same thing, it's probabaly better to see if you can find a part number on what you have first.
Other styles of bottoms were available with LH/RH options. Whether they were designed for or were optional equipment for this plow, I can't say. I'm not really a 2-way plow guru. You used the word "restore" and the correct police are always lurking in the sewers ready to attack at the first sight of being able to pick something apart they didn't put together.
