I did not think about Recondition I am a person who at one time did the task of restoreing. My hobbies at one time was doing old muscle cars and doing old trucks. The problem came when Ca. D.M.V starting to demand back fees on all cars and trucks in regestration fees. We in california pay for those in well fare by renewing or car fees. 60% of that goes to well fare. So I got in to farm equipment and I try to do a restoration first then a recondition is secound. Yes I do understand what your saying.
