I totally agree with you. The "hidden" tax and incredibly poor management have virtually ruined USPS. I am a retired USPS employee, after 40 yrs working there, my wife has 34 yrs and will retire in October. The majority of management people in the USPS are incapable of managing even an outhouse. Plus there are far too many supervisors and managers, 1 for every 8 craft workers. The average business has 1 for every 40 workers.
