Go to the dealership and do a seat test on every model they have. I tried all of the Toyota models to see which fit my body the best. Winners were Tundra, Tacoma, Highlander, Sienna, Avalon & Camry. Did not like the Venza & Corolla seats.
Get power seats if available as height is adjustable to get your legs in a comfortable position. I had a Ford Tempo once without power seats; if I drove 100 miles in that it would make my hip ache really bad for days. For me, the seat has to get up to standard height for a chair (about 18 inches from the floor).
The power seat in the Camry will raise just a bit more than the seat in the Tundra, which makes for a comfortable drive for me.
