I'm about your size, and when I'm on the job I'm in and out of a vehicle a dozen or more times a day.

I was driving a '99 Olds 88 and had a problem with my left hip being sore last fall, probably caused by getting in and out of the car so often.

I never did find another passenger car that was any easier to get in and out of, so I wound up buying an '05 Dodge Grand Caravan. I lost bit of gas mileage in the change, but the Dodge is so much easier to get in and out of that it's worth it.

My wife is driving an '07 Chrysler T&C, so maybe that's why it was so easy for me to get hooked on the Grand Caravan.
