It's getting colder here in central MN. I spent most of the day yesterday plowing snow and today thawing out a frozen rear brake on my Dodge van. But it is nice to have a house with 12" walls on a night like this. Built it in 1984, when 6" walls were starting to catch on. 3ft of insulation in the attic and only a 50,000 btu furnace. Big difference from the trailer house I had before I built. Now not much more than a tank of LP a year instead of 3 tanks before. Think warm thoughts!
