Cannot tell from picture. Is it the model with the cast iron frame and steel radiator? Also what is the frame ynder it for, should be some attachment for that he might still have. Looks to be hand start but with the 6 speed tranny. Cannot tell if it has the power lift or not but what little I can see looks like it might be a pto powered mechanical lift.
