That frame on the tractor in the picture is not for cultivators but for either a front mount blade or a fully mounted plow. The frame is easy to tell, and angle iron on each side or a 1 piece casting and that was used on some of the war tractors as well as the steel radiator as the brass to make the normal radiator was not avaible. and the lift if it has a chain drive from the pto shaft to the lift it would have like a plow clutch to do the lifting, the other is the power lift and it operates with the pedals, they both operate together, so you can use either heal to operate. And the power lift can be converted to power troll to use a remote cylinder. The pto to chain lift was a way to convert from hand lift cultivators to a power lift.
