Some people do not understand that if you get 15 inches of rain in a week then you have temps in the 90-100 and no rain for 3 week how you can have a drought. Sorry but that is a no brainier unless your stupid. Yes here in Missouri it is said your a week away from a flood or a drought and in the 33 years I have lived here I have seen a flood one week and a drought in the next week. 15 inches of rain in one week runs off and so does no good the next week when the temps get over 100
