Mine is in rough shape on my 400 grinder too. I patch it every couple of years. I weld pieces of steel on it to keep it working. Although I'm not much of a welder. Like the other post says, you can get new flighting and rebuild it. I got a BTO buddy that told me to bring it over in the winter when hes not busy and he would do it. Its been working ok and I hate to bother him with it anyway.
