I am mowing in a hilly sandy area. Seams like every hill I come to the tires want to spin. I want to lower the tire pressure to get a little more traction. What is the minimum pressure I can run without spinning the tire on the rim? The tires don't have water in them. The tires are on my JD 401 industrial with my 7 1/2ft flail mower. The tire size is 16.9 x 24 Thanks Stan
