One of the more difficult problems to overcome is to stop thinking NEGATIVE thoughts. When you catch yourself in that MODE of thought. STOP IT!. When I get myself cured of it I will let you know what you are missing. I had started to tell myself that I hated everyone, and I was really getting to where I felt that way. I try not to do that anymore. Negative thoughts are a self destructive path, that is easy to get onto, because it is a downhill slide. Good Luck SDE
