Thinking about getting a backhoe attachment for my skidsteer. I see they have the kind that has a seat on it. It appears that this kind would be operated from the seat on the unit, not from the skidsteer itself. Then there's the kind that just attaches to the quick tach and its just an arm going out. It appears that this kind would be operated right from the seat of the skidsteer. Presumably with the auxillary hydraulic controls? Seems this kind would be a lot faster to dig with? Anyone have any experience with these attachments?
