When you go to the bolts on the sections you need a high arch hold down too. The ones back by the knife head are even taller than the others so you need two different high arch hold downs. Usually one one or two of the real tall ones.
I personally do not like the bolt on sections for hay mowing equipment because of the higher hold downs. They catch grass and do not mow as well in tough mowing conditions.
