New version locks you all the way out. Booting in safe mode will only trigger a canned cycle in which the computer just goes into a loop. The new one will also infect the second user also, so if you boot into a non infected user and start running a malware program at will attack that user as well. Only way to fix is pull the hard drive and hook it to another computer, and then scan that drive for the bug.
