Ahh, you were wondering for a minute who got into the kiddy crap... I got one like that a couple weeks ago except this one had the RCMP name on it. Short answer... reboot your computer and keep hitting F8 until it brings up the boot menu. Boot it in safe mode with command prompt. When you get a prompt, type 'msconfig' and hit return... Find the odd looking entry in the start config menu and disable it. Then exit and reboot. That should disable it from freezing the machine... Then run a good virus scan to wipe it clean. That should do it... at least if it's the same basic virus as I got. Other option is to google the virus and you should find a solution. If you also have a second user account on the machine you can switch users and use that account...
