I'm in east central SD and $175-200 a ton seems to be about right. If you look hard it can be had cheaper and there's always someone asking more. I have had the same customer for 8 years now. He pays a fair price so he knows I won't sell else where. Could I get more? Sure. Do I want the hassle? No. He takes everything, good and bad and has never complained. He knows how to load himself if I'm not around and a check is always in the mail on time.
