If the bushings are still tight then I got a cheap fix for you. I did this to my M. I posted this before in the JD forum archives you may find the seal part number.
I got a thin oil seal cleaned the back of the fan hub really good and expoxied it on with JB weld. It self centered and worked out fine to hold the oil in.
If your bushings are shot then they do sell aftermarket fans. Not sure how they fit ?
