Forgot about this. We both had a bit of bad lluck about the same time. I hooked my trailer to my truck yestrerday, and forgot to lock the ball. as I loaded my tractor for a mowing job the trailer pulled off of the ball and rammed under the tail gate. bending the license plate, and the plate that has the hole for the spair tire wrench. I know you would rather have this problem, over the bent shaft. Look at it this way, life goes on. Stan
