My son gave me a 10# box of irregular pork chops that were pretty badly freezer burned. My wife told me to feed them to the pets. I said that there wasn't anything dangerous about them and could be fixed good enough to eat. I fried a panful of them after soaking them to defrost and rehydrate them. When they were cooked, I tried one and it seemed ok. Then I took the rest of them and baked them at 350 degrees until cooked. I took about a pound and put in some barbeque sauce and cooked it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. That also tasted fine. Any comments or arguments that I can use with the wife?
