It's the mentality of the people too....... I don't worry as long as I get my stuff. They can tell me to kiss..... as long as there is a tracking number in the mail. We buy quite a bit of stuff with ebay and paypal, saves a lot of time and fuel...
As for the feedback, it's a necessity for both buyer and seller to have good feedback and as much as possible... If you get something, it takes just a second to leave the feedback good or bad.... It's an arrogant SOB that gets upset and badmouths folks that ask them to do something they shoulda done in the first place....
