im the biggest dummy, back in the very early 80's i bought a purple '71 challenger cheap, it took a light hit on the front and needed a front clip, this one had the inline 6, but one of my friends had a 440 in his garage from a drag car, you see where this is going, then we found out to put the 440 in the 6 cylinder car we had to change out the whole front k member, now all we had to do was find one... i would up giving the car to another guy [ back then few wanted a dodge] they wanted camaros mustangs ect
