I have a Ford 661 tractor(134 cu in gas engine) that I have not started for over a year and I can't get it going. I have cleaned the plugs, added new gas, radiator fluid and new oil/filter but no luck. I do recall that the last time I started it the engine was reving so high I shut it off and did not get back to fixing it. Any ideas how I can get this beast to turn over and start working for me again?
