Pony motor starts & idles fine. When the "Run" lever is slid left - it should rev up to high speed, but it is very lazy, sometimes it sputters to nearly stall and needs teasing to get up to what (my ears say) is cranking speed. I have been tweaking the main fuel jet screw counter-clockwise in hopes that it is fuel starved after a professional carburetor rebuild. New inline fuel filter was installed. Sometimes it spins the Diesel O.K. sometimes it sputters out. Any ideas?
